Among the items at Teresa’s desk are a measuring tape and paint brush. We’ve watched her haul ladders and change light bulbs. In her official role, Teresa provides compliance and operational support but at times she’s also our construction site supervisor, security guard, IT support and interior designer. No one has more get go or the ability to manage such a range of tasks. Prior to joining EdgePoint, Teresa was an operations controls and risk analyst at “that place,” where she worked for almost 15 years. For most of her career there, she was a senior knowledge-management specialist helping to manage back office transactional and operational functions. In her student days she earned a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University.
