Etienne (also known as “Steve White” to the Toronto office) is EdgePoint’s Montreal sales contact. He slips effortlessly between French and English, which is great for our clients while at the same time putting the mostly unilingual Torontonians to shame. This might explain the funny nickname. Etienne previously worked at CIBC Asset Management as director, regional sales from 2010 to 2012 and as a business development manager from 2008 to 2010. He was an investment advisor with Desjardins Securities from 2006 to 2008 and prior to that was in commercial real estate. Etienne earned a B.Comm. in Finance from Concordia University and holds the CIM designation. For our egos’ sake, we’ve asked him to tone down his killer serve.
