Why the switch? Our previous back-office provider, Citigroup, is exiting the fund services business in Canada. After extensive due diligence with three potential candidates, we decided CIBC Mellon would be the best partner for us and our clients.

How are you impacted? If you interact with us regularly, you may notice some new names and voices when dealing with our customer service and back-office teams. Also note our updated contact information.

Otherwise, expect to receive the same level of service you’re accustomed to from us. All of our products and services remain unchanged as do all of the key people at our head office.
