You will notice a drop in the Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit for the EdgePoint Portfolios effective Friday, December 17th.

The decline is primarily the result of a distribution being paid. When the distribution is paid, there is a corresponding reduction in NAV with an equivalent number of units being added to investors’ account(s) unless it was requested in cash. The value of the account won’t change as a result of this distribution. Due to the way some dealer back-office systems are set up, these additional units may not be reflected in client accounts for up to 48 hours.
